Angry New here ..Hello everyone

Hi ...I am really in need of some support for you all..I have lost 100 lbs in the past 15 months by eating oatmeal and salads and veggies...but now I have all this loose skin. I have always seem to have this self-hate thing going on and have always had low self-esteem.

I am trying the dating thing and so far it is not going well. I am afraid to meet anyone for dinner because of all my loose skin ..HELP!!

Hi there! Congratulations on your work so far! You might want to check out the Maintainers area to see what others have done in your situation. There's also Looking Good, Feeling Great and the Exercise area that could also have some pointers.

Stick around

Welcome Chana You'll definitely want to incorporate weight training to tone up the loose skin if you haven't already. It's worked wonders for me. Good luck!

I would incorporate some light weight training to tone up that loose skin. Are you a yoga fan? Yoga or Pilates can lengthen your frame, help with posture and lean your muscles. That would be great for you IMHO.
