I went back and forth today about whether or not I was even going to go to my weigh-in....I had a really off week in terms of what I ate and drank. I've had a cold/sinus infection since last Thursday, and when I'm sick I lose every bit of my appetite, and all I want is orange juice (which I completely gave up in January.) Plus, I've drank a 12-pack of (regular) 7Up since Saturday....gah. I don't even want to think about the liquid I've taken in.
ANYWAY.
It must have all balanced out, because I lost 1.2 pounds this week! The only thing that "bothers" me is that now I'm only .4 away from my 25 pound medallion, and I really hoped to get that this week. *L* Oh well, I'll get it next week!
And this is the first time I've been in the 170s since....god, I don't even remember the last time I was in the 170s.
Only 6.4 pounds left till my short term goal!
