I am very active at another forum called videofitness.... but that's pretty much for exercising. I need motivation on the diet department!
I don't have a lot to lose as I've been losing slowly all my baby weight in this past year... I love to lose another 6-8 pounds!!!
I was doing Tracy Anderson stuff and lost some weight but I hurt my back. Now I am going to physical therapy and I am trying to recover from that injury (SI joint dysfunction).
I need to start dieting to lose the weight as I can't exercise much right now.
I am in my mid 30's and I am a vegetarian...
I need motivation and I'd love to join the May challenge!!!
