Livestrong

  • Does anyone follow this? I have decided since I have tried everything from Southbeach to 17 DD I would actually give Calorie Counting a shot. I am 4 9 and 1/2 and want to lose 25 pounds, could someone give me an idea of about how many calories I should have a day to lose 2-4 pounds a week. I also do 45 minutes of cardio a day and next week I will start back on weight lifting

I used this website to determine how many calories I should be eating and it has really been helpful to me: http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm Our bodies are science experiments, though, so one calorie range might work for you for a few months, and then you may have to drop it down a bit once you've lost weight.

  • I do! Livestrong has been really helpful. My friend and I are friends on Daily Plate and help to motivate eachother. Plus the food diary is fun because you can vent when you need to. And some of the recipes are fun too. Good luck on your journey! If anyone wants more livestrong friends message me<3

  • Thanks for the replies. I truly am hoping this is gonna be the thing that works for me. I have livestrong on my Iphone and today has been good so far. I really would like to lose 20-25 by july 1st
