So I rarely drink, but I LOVE wine. Being a young adult, most situations involve drinking with friends. I know a few glasses of wine can be a big loss of calories. So when I plan on doing it big, I set aside that 600 calories for an entire bottle.
So today, I went out to buy a bottle of moscato, knowing I will be having drinks with friends tonight. After I bought a bottle, I stopped into Trader Joes, where I found a peach sparkling wine. The calories on the back say 36 per 5 ounces, with 5 ounces in the bottle... that means an entire bottle for 180 calories.

Is this too good to be true? Sure its probably not as high alcohol content as my regular high calorie wine, but Im sure a whole bottle would give me a small buzz
Is this too good to be true? I see many calorie tracking websites that have the same nutrition facts as the bottle has....
Anyone tried this or have any input on this? I just find it hard to believe.
