Default Natural Supplements to ease PMS?

I went off birth control earlier this month and had break through bleeding. I'm now actually having a period naturally which I'm thrilled about. I was not expecting to have one this month due to all the medicine changes I've had this month. The real test comes next month too though. HOWEVER, I do feel like I have been hit by a truck. This is a huge reason as to why I went on birth control in the first place! Are there any supplements out there that any of you have taken with some success that could relieve the massive cramping and just exhausted feeling I have? I did absolutely nothing yesterday but lay on the couch when I need to be working on studying for finals. I did break down and went and got Midol yesterday and it helped but then I crashed for almost 3 hours napping. I'd like to prevent this from happening next month! Thank goodness my husband is out of town otherwise I don't know if he'd like being around me very much right now. Thanks for any suggestions anyone may have and have a great Saturday!

There are a number of natural remedies that women have used through the ages, and they do really work. You may have to try a few and stick with it to see... but it does... here is a link.

In my experience....

A general multivitamin could help with the exhaustion. I also found that eating foods with more iron helps because iron is depleted during that time. Also, light exercise makes me feel better.

For cramping you can get Red Raspberry Tea at most organic health food stores... a little more expensive than regular teas at the grocery but works wonders for me anyway (and I used to have very bad cramping).
