Chalean Extreme Help!
I have been doing Chalean Extreme for about 2 weeks. I am really enjoying the program. I am looking to tone things up, get some definition, not looking to drop a lot of weight, just keep things where they should be!
I am concerned w/the lateral raises I am not doing it right... she says you should feel it in the shoulder, I feel it above my shoulder blades. It's not painful when I feel it, just gets sore & I feel that area after my burn workouts. I feel like when I watch them do this exercise, they all do it a bit different, so I'm not sure what proper form looks like!
Can anyone describe it to me or maybe there is another video that has it w/good form & maybe I could check that out?
