Long time lurker...
... so I decided to become active here. I joined a long time ago, lurked a lot even before that, but decided that I should be more proactive about my weight loss goals, and this is a part of that plan.
I have a lot of weight to lose, as can be seen from my ticker, I managed to lose a lot two times before, not as much as I should lose this time around and this much weight is in a way a by-product of not sticking to my diet after getting where I wanted to be.
I'm sorry for grammar and spelling mistakes, but English is not my first language, though I'm working on being better at it.
I hope to learn more, to share what I know already and to help myself and maybe others in this journey.
