Friends galore, and none a foe
Laughs, this year we’ve had a lot
Hugs a plenty, tears, not a lot
Our Posy is very nearly there
Good advice she does share
We eagerly await, her achieving her aim
We’re all secretly jealous, just the same
Tupperware Queen, losing weight so fine
But even she struggles, when water turns to wine
Teel, with Holly, walking, whatever the weather
She will lose those last pounds, we’re in it together
To the ever positive, weight losing Leigh
Her willpower shows how it should be
And me, I need the advice and tips
I’m afraid to confess, I all to often have blips
And Veggie our moderator
Her wit, her knowledge, our facilitator
Her love of reality telly
Has given us many laughs in our belly
Across the pond, far away from Blighty
We have Britinnj and Cat90
And many others have come and gone
As this year has marched along
Delaney hasn’t been able to post
Since 3FC moved to a new host
She hasn’t got a connection, well
Haste ye back, and quick, Mel
Sarah, losing her trousers when she sneezed
As down the scale her weight breezed
Flumper with her work and kids and man
If anyone can do this, then she can
And to all those I’ve failed to mention

Just the lack of my skill at rhyme
And the fact that I’ve noticed the time
