Default Newbie who has lost a lot of weight

A few years ago I decided to change my life. It got to the point where I could not walk or even function. There where times I was over 400 lbs. I now weigh about 165 lbs. I am quite happy now that I have shed so much. I feel relieved that I can go shopping and just do basic things that would wear me out before. I did this on my own with just diet and exercise. I now face some loose skin issues that has me down. I am wondering if anyone has any pointers on how to tighten this up. My arms are the worse. My upper thighs have a slight ripple at the top and my stomach hangs over a little at the bottom. I was overweight most of my life so I am not sure if I can fix this on my own. I exercise 2-3 hours a day. I usually run 5 miles and do up to 60 more minutes on the cross ramp or elliptical. I do the ab rocket 30 min 3 x's a week and use a hand weight workout plus the other machines at the gym for strength training several times a week as well. I am close to my goal but my weight loss has now stalled. I am not sure I even need to loose anymore. It may just be skin. I know I am at 19 percent body fat. Thanks for any suggestions.

Congrats on your weight loss!

Loose skin sometimes tightens up on it's own, but with significant weight loss sometimes it must be done surgically.
