Talking Post Weight loss Cosmetic Surgery (had it or planning)

Has anyone had any type of Cosmetic procedures after weight loss?Or planning? I'm planning for a breast lift/ implant, lipo (full body), fat transfers, and a few other minor procedures. I'm curious to know what you ladies have planned!

When I lose my weight and keep it off for one year, I'm getting a tummy tuck and probably a breast lift, I think. I will be considering it for the next couple of years probably so it's nothing I'm hurrying into

Brown- Did your fat grafting give you the fullness you wanted in your backside? How were your results?

Since the funding for it may be possible next year, I am very seriously considering a tummy tuck and an arm lift. If I had to choose between the two procedures, definitely want the arm lift more, though.

I am going to have a full tummy tuck and breast lift, I still have 20 pounds to lose before I do my consult. But man I have crinkles and wrinkles on my stomach and my belly button looks sad

I'm getting new boobies on June 20th!! I'm not at goal yet, but I've been wanting these for 5 years. Now that I'm no longer obese, I'm going for it!

Sorry, I never came across any cosmetic surgery but what i know aesthetic surgery, a surgical science to beautify one's appearance (popularly known as Cosmetic Surgery), has developed to a stage where it can now dare to give finishing touches to god's most beautiful creation-the human body. But unfortunately most of us remain ignorant to what wonders the art of Cosmetic Surgery can do.

I definitely WANT a boob lift, an arm lift and a tummy tuck. Whether I'll be able to AFFORD any of it is another story, though! lol! I'm focusing on getting to goal and then maintaining for a while and hope to be able to start saving up some $$ along the way.

Mine was as a result of weight loss and pregnancy.

I had my boobs done in June.. I had/have a complication and have to have them redone in December.

Word of warning... complication rates are high with boob jobs, i never realized how high till this happened. The result? Lots more money. I used nearly all my savings for my boobs and now am scraping to get them fixed. It is costing nearly the same as the first time around.

SO when you budget for surgery, make sure you over budget for any redo you may need!

This said, I LOOOOOVE my new boobies!

Also, those planning a boob job, try and be near you goal weight first. The size and placement of your implant are heavily dependent on the amount of breast tissue/fat that you have. If you chose implants when you were 30lbs overweight, those implants could look very different 30lbs after. Like seeing the edges of the implant, rippling, sagging. This doesn't always happen, especially if you have a lot of breast tissue to begin with, but make sure it IS breast tissue and not fat!

My arms and stomach are not lovely, and I have some loose skin on the top of my thighs, but I will not be getting any work done.

This won't happen for awhile because I want to be done breastfeeding and having kids first but I would love a tummy tuck. I actually would love a breast lift too BUT the more I look into it the more I'm not excited about it anymore. I really don't want to lose any sensation there and/or have to get it redone and/or have any scaring there. So.. I'm still thinking vaguely about a tummy tuck but we'll see once I get to my goal and, well, once I'm done having kids.

I would love to have a tummy tuck depending on how my stomach looks when I get to goal, but that would probably be years down the line. I want to have kids first and I think it might be silly to get that done before I have them.

Ive already had my first appointment and after finding out just how much it will all cost I decides to wait until I was at my goal weight. Im planning on a tummy tuck, arm lift, thighs and breasts. I definitely want to be as healthy as possible for it all as it will be a couple rounds of surgery. But after having three kids and losing as much as i have, it will be worth it.
