Hello!
I've been lurking here for a while and decided I would finally start posting! I am a mom of two- 5 y/o son and 9 m/o daughter- that is determined to be healthy for my kiddos.
In July 2010 I weighed 215 pounds the morning I delivered my 2nd child. I lost most of the 40 pounds I had gained while pregnant kind of quickly (started exercising and eating healthy at just 3 weeks pp) but then got lazy.
Jan 4 2011 I decided once and for all I wanted to lose the weight and get to 135 pounds by my birthday (6/15). So far I have went from 183lbs to 157lbs. I had got to 152 but got sick for a month which then turned into a binge fest which turned into me being lazy for an additional month.
This past Monday I decided I needed to get back on track. I have done well this week! I went to the gym Mon/Wed/Fri and went for 3-4 mile walks on Tues/Thurs. I also haven't cheated once this week!
I'm hoping I can still make it to my goal by my birthday, but I know for that to happen it is going to take some real dedication! I live in FL and all I can think of is for once I will be able to be happy in a bathing suit at the beach!
