Hello everyone!
I just stumbled onto this wonderful site today while I was looking for some new tips for my weight loss joruney. Heres a little bit of background info on me!
This all really started back in 07/10 due to me becoming ill, I ended up not eatting for about a month and living off of chicken broth. At that point I weighted 295lbs. Since then I have gotten better and started doing WW in 10/10, so far I have lost a little under 50lbs.
I am now seriosuly stuck! I have been stuck since 12/10 and cant seem to get out of this. I need help. I need motivation/support/tips and just a place to let it all out. I have a wonderful boyfriend whom I live with that supports me but without him taking this journey with me I find it harder to look to him for support. I usually follow my points to a T except for the past couple of weeks, I have been eatting like crazy(stress of buying a house and death in the family) I was also getting in about 30-40 mins on the elliptical everyday until I couldnt move my knee one day and apparently have runners knee? It since then has gotten better but of course not being on it for almost a month now has made me lose my ambtion to get on it agian.
What im hoping to do with this fantastic place is to meet new people who are on the same journey I am, to help others who are just starting out, to hopefully be able to find the motivation I need to continune and just all around change my life for the better.
