I'm looking for an e-mail diet buddy. I'm 27 yrs. 5'6 and have a little over 100 pounds to lose I'm not on any diet plan. I just stay away from fast food, try to eat healthy, eat smaller portions then I use to, drink water and exercise I'd like to be a diet buddy with a 26-29 yrs. women who also has 100 or a little more pounds to lose. I want to team up with someone who is actually eating not using pills, drinks, gums ect to lose weight I'v tryed it all only to gain the weight back when I started eating again. Now is the time to start taking my diet more seriously with summer just around the corner. I want to stick to my diet and I need all the support I can get. If you are interested in becoming e-mail diet pals e-mail me at [email protected]

hey, i'm a little younger than you (22) and i have 60 more pounds to go (maybe more, we'll see). if you don't find anyone closer to your specifications, i'd be happy to be an email buddy. i started out using the slim fast plan, but my new thing that is working is calorie counting (1200 - 1500) and working out. =)

Gonzostar:

So how did Slim Fast work for you? I really want to try it because i think it will fit into my busy schedule, but I have heard some real bad horror stories! Most people say that it makes their bowels really runny! But peoples bodies react differently, any suggestions good or bad about Slim Fast from you would be great. By the way congrats on your weight loss! Did you lose the weight while on slim fast or counting calories? You can e-mail me at [email protected]

well, when i was younger i tried slim fast various times and it did give me the runs. i didn't have that problem this time. i lost some weight on it but i realized that i want a lifestyle change, and i don't want to be drinking slim fast all my life. i am still losing counting calories, and faster. but the one good thing was it got me used to eating less, cuz with counting calories i even eat a little more cuz i'm not drinking the calories like i was.
