This week I went off plan, and now I am feeling a bit guilty. Granted I injured my legs (shin splints, ouchie) so I haven't really been able to exercise.
So tomorrow is weigh in day, and I am getting back on track. I am feeling better so my goal is to hit the gym or the pavement 4-5 times this week. But I did find a couple 5k walks to do, so I am getting pumped.
Hopefully tomorrows number isn't too big of a gain.
