since switching back from Weight Watchers I've lost 3 pounds this week & lost my first 20#I'm happy with that,but I do miss the meetings,having someone to be accountable with was nice.
Congratulations on your weight loss! I'm sure you'll get lots of support fromthis forum. I count calories too and find it the easiest way to lose weight. I tried WW but couldn't see the point of converting everything to points when I can just read the calorie contents on food packaging!
Are you eating less than you did on WW? What are the major differences?
I feel like I eat basicly the same.I think it could've been the "free" fruits & veggies that caught up with me.I still eat them,but don't go over board.It also doesn't take an extreme aount of time to count calories as it did figureing the points.
