Hi All,
I'm finally back in the UK, so now officially belong here! Things aren't going so well on the eating front, but I gave myself two weeks to chill out and enjoy myself (my last week in Thailand and first one here) before I'm right back onto it. Even though I'm treating myself to all the foods I've missed and things, I'm still not being half as bad as I normally would be in a previous life!
I'm looking forward to getting back on plan, getting into an exercise routine and all of the rest of it.
It's been lovely seeing people's reaction to the 'new me' although I keep telling them this is purely a work in progress! I start my summer job the first week in July and would love to be well on my way to goal weight by then.
The sooner I get to goal, the sooner I can go shopping, yay!
