I slipped. High weight 215ish. Low weight 172. Current weight 199. Back at it. I'll take it back off. One of these days this will stick and I won't get sidetracked by busy schedules.
So I'm here. I'm working. I did it once I can do it again.
Do you know why this happened? The reason I asked is because I find that if I restrict too much or don't let myself eat certain amount of calories, I "break" and gain it all back. Done it 3 times in my life already where I gained over 50lb back. Hopefully not this time.
