Hello All,
I have been a lurker for a long time, now I decided to join 3FC from Turkey and take the final plunge.
My weight story might be familiar. Slightly overweight until highschool, 20 pounds gained by university exam stress. I have graduated from university 5 years ago, yet my my belly fat seems to be attached to me more than some of my classes.
Thankfully, I lost 9 pounds two years ago and kept it off.
However, since then I gain-lose same 10 pounds, I need a good change from all of it.
Currently my weight is 148 pounds and my height is 5' 3''. My goal is to reach 128 pounds and form a good exercise/eating habit that I can sustain for a lifetime.
Any other 20somethings who would like to join in and share their story?
