Default I love, love, love the quotes on everyone's signatures! What is your favorite?

Hi All!

I have been staying steady with working out, sleeping, eating on plan, drinking water, and all things healthy. BUT, I haven't seen much movement on the scales lately. I'm feeling pretty ok about it overall, but I'd love some inspiration.

I totally get a lot out of all the quotes and sayings that people have in their posts. It would be awesome to have a list to print out and put up somewhere in my office/house. If you have a second, please post your favorite inspirational quote...

Thanks so much!!

Sarah

Gluttony is an emotional escape, a sign something is eating us.

I like the one about if you see a man at the top of a mountain, remember, he did not fall there.

Here are a few of my favorites:

*The only way I am going to fail is if I give up.
*Time is going to pass anyway, so you might as well do something with it.
*Being fat is hard. Losing weight is hard. Maintaining your weight is hard. Pick your hard.

Mine is in my siggy: If hunger is not the problem, then eating is not the solution.

You can't beat the Lance Armstrong quote when it comes to motivation:

Pain is temporary, Failure is forever.

Here are some others I have collected:

A plateau is just a "rehearsal" for maintenance.

What are stumbling blocks and defeat before you, can be stepping stones to victory if you remain determined.

Discipline is remembering what you want.

"You have failed only when you quit trying. Until then, you're still in the act of progression. So, never quit trying and you'll never be a failure."

Your body keeps an accurate journal regardless of what you write down...

She who gets up one more time than she falls, makes it through...

"Never give up on a dream just because of the length of time it will take to accomplish it. The time will pass anyway."

"Never trade what you want the most for what you want at the moment"

"The odds of hitting a target go up dramatically when you aim at
it."

"Watch your thoughts; they become words. Watch your words; they become actions. Watch your actions; they become habits. Watch your habits; they become character. Watch your character; it becomes your Destiny."

"Worrying does not empty tomorrow of its troubles; it empties today of its strength."

There are two primary choices in life; to accept conditions as they exist, or accept the responsibility for changing them.

A personal one my husband told me
on a day I was feeling very unwell.

Me: "I'm as attractive, both inner and outer,
as a lady frog grumbling and gurgling at this
point. I feel as horrid as my insides do but
I'm stuck in this vortex that had caught
latch of my shoelaces."

My Husband: "Well, regardless of what
you see yourself as, you're still as
beautiful to me now as the day we
met. I love you baby."

He was with me at my highest weight,
he's been there for me on my darkest days,
and he'll always continue to inspire and motivate me.
