Congrats on doing so well by yourself this far

I hope you find this board as great for information, support and accountability as I do
When I first started out about 10 weeks ago, I just thought I'd do a little bit while still here in THailand and then when I got back to the UK (in two weeks) I'd join a club/group and really begin my weightloss then. But, since finding this place, and getting my head in the right mindset, I've been amazed at just how doable this lifestyle change thing is! I've started to struggle a litttle with the exercise side of things, but I'm finding the 'diet' side almost easy now, well if not easy, at least normal.
Don't worry about the time it took you to lose that 2st9, you've lost it, forever. THat's all that matters.
With your classes and this place, it won't be too long that you're posting you're at goal weight

If you need any extra accountability, have a look on the challenge board, having to weigh in every week for my team in the BL challenge can be the difference between having a treat and not sometimes! Or, if enough people are up for it, maybe we make our own UK chicks challenge?
