Default I'm new! I'd love a diet partner! :)
Hi everyone!

I'm 26 and was recently diagnosed with depression.

I understand all of the necessary elements like seeing a counselor etc, but I TOTALLY believe in eating right for your mind.

So, I'm starting over in terms of my eating and exercise. I'm looking for an online buddy to remain accountable with.

Hello! It sounds like you and I have somethings in common. I also have depression and axiety disorders, but am doing a lifestyle change so I do not have to use medications. I would also love an online buddy to go through this process!
