I'm glad you are experiencing success, but I would not recommend this plan to anyone. Their website description contains many "red flags" .
1)
"Lose up to 65 Pounds Fast!"
... Promises of quick weight loss should be avoided. Safe weight loss should be attained slowly, with a balanced diet and exercise program. Also, it doesn't make sense to specify how much weight you can lose on a diet. What if Weight Watchers advertised "Lose
up to 65 pounds!" Does this mean that once I have lost 65 pounds, I must seek another diet plan?
2)
GOOD NEWS — On this diet, you will lose weight much faster. The range will vary depending on how much you have to lose, how long you’ve been on the diet and what phase of the diet you are on. But you can roughly figure at the minimum two, and at the maximum, 7-10 pounds a week. AND THAT IS WITH HAVING THE WEEKEND OFF DIETING!
... See response to first quote. Also, keep in mind that the faster you lose, the more likely you are to gain it back. Fast weight loss can actually harm your health.
3)
"Not the usual diet foods. Look: You can have Butter, Oil, Mayonnaise and even Chicken Skin!"
... You can have any food on any diet plan, there are no taboo foods unless you have specific health conditions which prohibit certain foods. Naturally, foods rich in fat or calories should be moderated and eaten with a healthy dose of common sense.
4)
"I interviewed tons of folks about how they lost weight, and most said they went on a diet they heard about through the grapevine," says Insprucker. It was a "friend of a friend told me kind-of-thing." People would hear about this or that weight-loss plan; try it, and pass on their stories of success or failure. You know; the kind of nitty-gritty, cut-the-crap, real low down a person who struggles with their weight needs.
... I don't think anyone can stress enough that what works for Mary may not work for Jane. Also, many "gravevine diets" are dangerous and not based on sound nutrition. If you really want other dieters opinions of certain diets, check our forum. It's free

Exercise is not necessary
... Yes, it is.
From the Federal Trade Commission, as part of their current "crackdown" on diet fraud, come these tips:
While some dieters succeed in taking off weight, perhaps as few as five percent manage to keep it off in the long run. Most experts agree that the best way to lose weight is to eat fewer calories and burn more energy by increasing physical activity. Experts suggest aiming for a goal loss of about a pound a week. This usually means cutting about 500 calories a day from your diet, eating healthy, low-fat foods, finding a regular exercise activity you enjoy, and sticking to it.
When it comes to evaluating claims for weight loss products, the Federal Trade Commission recommends a healthy portion of skepticism. Before you spend money on products or programs that promise fast or easy weight loss, weigh the claims and consider these tips:
"Lose 30 Pounds in Just 30 Days." As a rule, the faster you lose weight, the more likely you are to gain it back. Also, fast weight loss could harm your health. Unless your doctor advises it, don’t look for programs that promise quick weight loss.
"Lose All the Weight You Can For Just $39.99." Some weight loss programs have hidden costs. For example, some don’t advertise the fact that you must buy their prepackaged meals that cost more than the program fees. Before you sign up for any weight loss program, ask for all the costs. Get them in writing.
"Lose Weight While You Sleep." Claims for diet products and programs that promise weight loss without effort are phony.
"Lose Weight And Keep It Off For Good." Be suspicious about products promising long-term or permanent weight loss. To lose weight and keep it off, you must change how you eat and how much you exercise.
"John Doe Lost 84 Pounds in Six Weeks." Don’t be misled by someone else’s weight loss claims. Even if the claims are true, someone else’s success may have little relation to your own chances of success.
"Scientific Breakthrough...Medical Miracle." There are no miracle weight loss products. To lose weight, you have to reduce your intake of calories and increase your physical activity. Be skeptical about exaggerated claims.
In a nutshell, the best and safest way to lose weight is to
eat less, move more.
