hey everyone, i am new to this group and wondering if anone has any ideas. i am 37 years old and trying to have a baby. have gone through all the tests and what it comes down to is IVF. Before i go through with the process I would like to take some weight off to make sure dont have any further complications.
I have started by buying a new pair of running shoes and started walking after work for an hour. i justed started this week so yes its still fresh. I have been taking my multi vitamins every morning and trying to get in as much water as possible.
Welcome! What is your eating plan? Sounds like a great idea with the walking! Especially with the weather getting better (I'm not too far from you). Good luck!
thanks for the feedback, what i dont want to do is any quick fixes. i have lost weight in the past with slim quick and herbal one.
this time i want to just try doing it with eating properly and exerise. im trying to eat every couple of ours with my 3 meals and to snacks. then i race home get changed and go to the park and walk.
i am trying to stick to just meat and vegetables for lunch and dinner and eat my carbs in the morning which is usually cereal hot or cold, snacks are fruits. if i need a bit of extra energy i have a banana wrap, which is a whole wrap with almond butter instead of peanut butter and a banana.
i am a very impatient person and i like to see results yesterday but unfortunately weight loss does take time.
