Okay, so i’m fairly new to all of this. Just some background information: I’m almost 19, 5′6 and 140lbs. I know a lot of you are thinking I don’t need to lose weight, but I feel like I do. I’ve always been athletic, but a few years ago, I got an injury and was told to take it easy. It drove me nuts and I felt myself getting squishy if that makes any sense. I’ve been working out rigorously since Christmas and even got myself a personal trainer. However, I’m not seeing much improvement. I know i’ve gotten more muscular, but my weight has not changed AT ALL on the scale. I’m eating between 1400-1500 calories a day. Do any of you have suggestions? Am I not eating enough? I never used to count calories before and I maintained my weight at 140. M body wyon't budge from 140! It's ridiculous.
