Default Does anyone else follow WW AND eat paleo/primal?

I recently cut out most grains/sugars/ white flour/legumes etc, which is a major part of eating old school natural (old school as in ancient lol). It's also supposed to help many autoimmune diseases (including MS). I feel great, I must say. I'm doing more of the 80/20 type (according to the Primal Blueprint, by Mark Sisson). I'm not all in yet and not sure that I will go that far yet. I like my occasional bowl of ice cream and I also include brown rice once a week or so. I do end up using all of my WP and some of my AP, as there is a lot of fat intake. It balances out point wise though, because I don't eat more than 100 carbs daily (most of that is veggies and fruit). I am just super curious if I am the only WW attempting to live this lifestyle? I know many of you have cut out processed foods (and that's part of this too of course).

Any input is greatly appreciated!

http://www.marksdailyapple.com/primal-blueprint-101/ Here's a link to explain it a little more, to those that are curious. This is the dude's blog, but contains a lot of links to helpful info on the topic. It's just a more lenient Paleo-diet , basically. I must admit that Mark pushes too many products though lol. I don't buy any..... I just got the book itself and a cookbook off Amazon. I look up tons of recipes too.

Thanks for looking at this.....

I love marks website. It really makes sense to me. I have a sensitivity to wheat and inflammation problems. I strive toward primal. When I cheat its usually for sugar. I keep trying to get there. I just started ww this week. I think you get to eat a lot more food when you eat primally.

I have recently been advised by my doc to give up as many processed foods as I can, including "diet" products with artificial sweeteners. I have been doing this for about a week and feel soooo much better it is amazing. When I do weaken and eat something processed, it is a diet pepsi or root beer. Not sure why I love those drinks but I have decreased my consumption by a huge amount. Going to check out Mark's website now, thanks for posting the link
