Post Fruit 2 0 just as beneficial as water?

I've been dieting for almost a month now and I've lost a combined 20lbs, but I feel like I'm hungry ALL the time. After reading several posts saying that water is an appetite suppressant I tried to drink only water but I cant seem to finish it. I hate the nontaste of water so I was searching for an alternative and found this flavored water called fruit 2 0 and I was wondering if anyone knew that it would have the same suppressing effect as regular water?

For me, any type of water (flavored, sparkling) suppresses my appetite. It works the same as soups because it puts volume in your stomach which makes you seem not hungry. Remember-hunger is just a feeling and after awhile your stomach will adjust and you will feel more full on less food.
