Hello,

I'm a female in my 20's who is trying to lose 65lbs out of 80 or so that I gained in the past 7yrs after an eating disorder in high school. Right now my troubles are motivation so I thought after trying and failing, I'd check this site out to see if it will help to have some accountability.

I've been using ************ on my phone to count calories, and so far it's been helpful.

My biggest problems are right now are lacking motivation for daily exercise (I love to exercise immediately on waking up but my insomnia causes me to prefer to sleep in), and binging ("partying" as my boyfriend calls it) on the weekends.

I'm hoping some of these forums will help with these issues!

Welcome Cinneri, Glad to have you join us. My advice is to look for a Support group, Chat, or Challange to join; small groups make it easier to get connected. Most sub-forums have groups covering almost every need, find one that inspires or motivates you and just post to join. You might try the 20-Somethings for a start.
