Default The Biggest Loser

Im am sitting here watching the biggest loser and what an inspiration! I nearly cried when I saw how much some of them had lost, its amazing how you really can change your life just by getting healthy.
Im getting of my fat arse tomorrow and joining the gym, because as much as I can restrict my food intake I am LAZY and walking alone is not going to shift this.
I feel quite inspired today and I really want to be a big loser and get this butt in to a bikini for the summer.

I agree, I was really surprised with Rob. The way he was acting like some big ladies man made me think that he got a bit of attention from the ladies, compliments from family and friends and decided that he'd gone far enough and given up. I thought he would do better.

I only get old American seasons or the Asian one over here, but watching the show is one of my main inspirations to actually be losing weight and sticking to it this time, mainly through the show shoeing the importance of fitness and exercise.

I have also read a lot of the negative stuff about the show, but, for giving me the kick up the *** I needed to do this, I'll always be thankful

Just to add a quick note. I noticed that you're all talking about TV shows that have inspired you or help to keep you going on your journey.

I found one that is amazing here in the US. It's called Heavy. It's on Monday nights on A & E. I watch the episodes online. Very motivational!!! Check it out!

The Biggest Loser was fab, the makeovers were brilliant, everyone looked gorgeous. I was delighted to see Will win what a lovely bloke. I too had expected Rob to have lost a little more being as he was so competitive when he was in the Biggest Loser House.

I shall miss it, but I watch the American one on a Tuesday.

Am I being really catty by saying I'm glad that the married lady didn't win - sorry forgot her name already. I thought it was unfair that they were a couple and kept in the same team all the way through. I think they had a big advantage over the others because of this, but I was glad that she'd lost weight she looked really good, just happier that Will won.

I really love watching the biggest loser, its so amazing to see the transformation over the weeks, but what i will say is that the difference between the contestants on the american one is so much more shocking! i dont know why that is, maybe they stay at the "ranch" longer?
