    hiya lou hope you have a good weekend mine has started of badly diet wise, im hungover and been eating to feel normal BUT I feel good and happy and looking forward to shaking my slimmer bootie on the dance floor tonight

    I'm sat here watching Gone with the Wind and half looking at my gym stuff including a new tshirt that I bought especially to wear today but as yet I have not moved a muscle.
