Well I wanted to introduce myself and beg for help in losing weight! I have really been trying to watch what I eat and keep my self motivated. I am feeling restricted and like a robot that can never have fun anymore. I mean occasionally I want to eat the wrong thing and not feel like such a bad person. Any ideas...I am in search of a good workout to do at home. I go to a zumba class 2 times a week. Thanks in advance for any advice!
I'd try calorie counting so you can fit things into your diet in moderation. Probably with your weight I'd say eating around 1300 calories a day would allow you to lose weight and have an treat now and then.
Welcome Amy, Glad to have you join us. My advice is to look for a Support group, Chat, or Challange to join; small groups make it easier to get connected. Most sub-forums have groups covering almost every need, find one that inspires or motivates you and just post to join.
