Hi everyone I'm new to this site. I've been dieting (well, trying to permanently change my eating habits!) for some time now and just now starting to see some good results. Thought it was about time I got some support and supported others to give me a boost to keep going!
My goal is 140 but what i really want to do is be able to wear a bikini again without wanting to dig a hole and bury myself in it. I'm using the slow-carb way of life to do it, sometimes hard, sometimes really easy. I'm also using Phenylethylamine as a supplement to attempt to get into an exercise routine again. I am really tired of being weak.
I'll be hanging out in forums based around those things and balancing a busy busy life with making time for ME! Which is harder then not eating potato chips!
