Well my name is Jamie i'm 25... I've been overweight my entire life since I can remember... I've battled the demon of weightloss SEVERAL times! Unsuccessful almost every time! Maybe a couple lb's here or there but nothing worth celebrating. I made it my goal that this year will be different because my family history is not healthy.. (heart disease, diabetes, stroke, high blood pressure) and I don't wanna go down that road! So! I've completely changed my diet! I eat fruit and lots of veggies! along with my meats! ect... (im addicted to green peppers n sweet peppers! and pineapple is delish) lol I exercise everyday! 20-30 mins on the treadmill 2x's a day and 15-20 mins weights and strength training 1x a day! i've just started out approx 2 weeks ago working out so im not 100% on how good im doing hahaha it's better than nothing I suppose! I feel like if I came to a place to read and get encouragement I have a better chance succeeding! So here I am
