I hate when I do this!
So, I've been doing really well, including today. Breakfast was an egg with a side of spinach. Snack was 8 cashews and a coconut milk smoothie. For lunch I had JUST the chicken from leftover Indian dish, chicken tikka masala. I didn't have the cream sauce or any rice, just the chicken...and then I start feeling all paranoid like I did something wrong, just because I didn't make it myself, and I know I just ate the chicken. I hate when I do this to myself!
