Hey everyone!! I used to come on here everyday, and do the whole calorie counting thing, and it really worked. i went from 230 to about 152, then I fell off the wagon and gained 16 pounds. I feel pretty bad right now, but I'm ready to get up, brush myself off and start anew. If I could do it once, I can surely do it again. You guys always helped me in the past, even though I was more of a lurker. Thanks everyone for always being here to help.
