Hello everyone. I am new to this site, and so confused on which area to post in the most. i am 5'3 and 300 lbs.. so 300+ would fit. I want to lose approx 100 lbs and see how that goes, so the 100+ would fit. Also, I am going to be calorie counting.. well, you see where this is going lol. I suppose i will lurk a bit and see where i will fit in the most.. maybe all three lol.
i have been overweight most of my adult life. the last 5 years or so, i have really packed it on and im getting so tired of it. thankfully i dont have diabetes, or high blood pressure etc, as i was recently tested, but i want to do something about my weight before i develope those problems.
i live in southern oregon, and have for the most part since i was 12. it is very beautiful here and i have been missing out on a lot of the outdoor activities i love due to my weight.
my goal is to lose 100 lbs in 18 months.. hopefully i will make it before the 18th month, but i want to try to be realistic.
