Thanks to a friend I have found this site, it may just be thing thing that helps me shift the weight I need to!
4 weeks ago I was 204lb and I have now got down to 195lb. My target is 156lb (any less and I think I would look too skinny!). So far all I have been doing is cutting out as much sugar as possible, I don't yet have the motivation to get up and do workouts but hopefully that will change soon.
A good thing that will hopefully come out of this, is that once I lose the weight I will feel confident enough to go back in the swimming pool as because of my size and being overweight for a long time I haven't been since I was 14. Lets hope I can remember how to swim after 13 years
Welcome, Glad to have you join us. My advice is to look for a Support group, Chat, or Challange to join; small groups make it easier to get connected. Most sub-forums have groups covering almost every need, find one that inspires or motivates you and just post to join.
