Default Question

And yes I have read the book

I am starving tonight although I have eaten about the same as I have for the past few days, nothing new or different that would have hidden carbs. But my TOM is due tomorrow or the next day, could My hunger be related to that? Do I eat more or ignore it. I'm not craving carbs, just hungry!

The thing I like most about Atkins is that if you are hungry you get to eat! I am always hungry as a baby wolverine around TOM so I am just more careful about what it is I'm putting into my body. PMS is bad enough without starvation! Lol

I don't have cravings around my TOM, but I know a lot of other people do. Like Kimzle said, if you're hungry then eat. There are many snacks you could have that are really low in carbs but filling, like a cheese stick, a few salami rollups, or a boiled egg.

The weird thing is, my TOM just ended and I've been really close to my carb limit or even a little bit over for the past few days + I haven't lost anything. Maybe I experience backwards PMS. I'll call it post menstrual syndrome! In all seriousness though, sometimes you just have hungry days. I had one today and yesterday.
