Smile Kayla has lost 91 POUNDS

I just read a post from Kayla and on her stats I saw where she has lost 91 pounds!!! Kayla, that is just incredible to me. I know people lose weight all the time but to me that number is awesome. It shows you have a lot of staying power. It's hard to stay on course enough to stick with a healthy eating plan and to get such great results is fantastic!! I just wanted to say congratulations and ask: what will you do when you reach 100 POUNDS gone?? Heck, it will be here before you know it probably some time in January! I think I would have a party or go pamper myself at a day spa or something!!

Keep it up missy!
laura

PS-since we have the same starting weight it really does encourage me and lets me know my day will soon come too!

Thanks, Laura I know your day will come soon, too. I think we have both done so well... Isn't hard to believe our starting weight was 313!?!?! We've come a loooong way, girl!

When I hit 100 lbs. gone, I am getting a hour long massage & I can't wait! That is incentive enough to reach that milestone!

It's hard to believe that I am only about 57 pounds away from my final goal... it considering I started with 150 pounds to lose, that seems so close! And I know I couldn't have done it without all the support & encouragement from you guys!

It is inspiring that's for sure, another person who inspires and amazes me by their success is Jeanne with 79 pounds down. Your both wonderful success stories and an inspiration to us all

Thanks

Dana, my number 1 piece of advice... JOURNAL. Even if I eat over my points for the day, I still right it down. And honestly, it is soooo much harder to over eat when you are in the habit of writing it down. That, & drink that water!
