I had a c-section 5 weeks ago and am nearing my 6 week post pardom ok to exercise!
Anyone have any suggestions on what activity to start with?
Im gonna focus on walking this month and work my way back up to the couch to 5k program a month from now.
Im also starting the 'walk away the pounds ' dvds and other low impact stuff for this month. i dont want to over do it,. but I wanna get my butt moving!
