Default Wanna run a 5k?
I have done this program in the past and it has helped me tremedously...thought I would share. Let me know what you guys think!

Well....I wasn't able to post the link (dangit!) Anyway, if you "google" Couch to 5k running plan...you'll find it!

Thank you Since May of last year. If I was working hard I would have probably already been goal accomplished but I'm just doing things slowly. PM me anytime if you have any questions since were pretty much same starting weight and same height. =)

There are heaps of Couch to 5K threads on here if y'all are interested, just do a search. It's usually abbreviated C25K.
