My highest weight ever was 280 lbs at the birth of #6. I dropped down to 141 lbs before conceiving #7. Unfortunately I gained 80 lbs with his pregnancy! Last time I lost weight through portion control and a whole lot of yard work (shoveling mostly) hiking and biking..
well, I have been stuck between 188 and 192 lbs since May (my son was born in April) I have been monitoring calories and exercise for 6-8 weeks and I was losing weight on it and then suddenly my weight went back up by 5 lbs in one week and there I have sat for 5 weeks at the same exact weight. Whether I do a little or a lot.. whether im good or naughty I am 188.2 EVERY DAY! lol No flucuation! I even bought a new scale to make sure it wasn't the scale but its not- its me! So I am discouraged and I need some more encouragement and support. I do usually 1-2 hours of light shoveling a day- this is Michigan. I am exclusively breastfeeding my 9 month old. I also do about 20-30 minute exercise dvd a day which is usually 30 Day Shred, Biggest Loser Cardio or Biggest Loser Bootcamp daily. Sometimes I take a light day and just go for a 1-2 mile walk. I want to run a 5K in June so I am going to start training for it.
I really want to get my weight back down to 140 lbs but I cannot believe my weight wont budge~ I am thinking maybe I have some sort of adrenal fatigue or I dont know! I think when I can shovel again some weight will fall off or im just hoping. This has been a very difficult plateau. This is the same weight I plateau'd at when I lost all my weight. I never spent more time at a single number than 188.2! Prior to marriage this was also the weight I spent years at. My body is extremely comfortable at this weight. I have weighed this weight for more years of my life than any other weight! So..
Here i am! hoping to either get off this plateau or at least continue to be the healthiest most fittest 188.2 lb'r I can be
