I'm Back.. again
Here goes nothing...
This is actually my second introduction post, I did one a few months back, but work responsibilities increased and I just wasn't able to come on here anymore. Luckily, work's slowed down a bit & I've found new motivation to keep on track with eating healthy & working out. In December I got engaged & that's giving me TONS of motivation to get rid of this weight & keep it off. So far I've been doing Atkins for the past month with some pretty great results so far. Since I've got the eating down (for the most part) it's time to incorporate some exercise. So as of Feb. 1 I'll be doing P90X!!
I'm excited & ready, I know it'll be tough but I'm extremely hopeful that the end results will be worth the initial 3 months of pain. Has anyone around here completed the program & what kind of results did you get? Also, any tips or tricks to help with the soreness or getting through the program? Also, anyone plan on starting soon?
