I've been a regular at 3fatchicks in the past, going back three years or so. I used to post on The Zone thread among others.
I've been lurking at the various sites and looking for a new "home".
A couple of years ago, I joined WW for what seems like the umpteenth time and still have all of the 123Success materials.
Maybe not the latest version, but still new enough, I think.
I went to the meetings for a few weeks but quickly grew tired of them. And of course, I never get back on track!
As of Friday, I am back on program and journaling my points.
It's been quite easy to not go over my limit as I have a terrible cold and my appetite is somewhat subdued, but maybe this will give me the kickstart I need!
My stats are: 35 years old, 5'5" tall, 165.5 pounds. I wear a size 9/10 on good days, an 11/12 on bad days. I want to get
down to a size 6 or 7, which were comfortable sizes for me about
ten years ago. I'm guessing that I will need to lose anywhere
from 25 - 35 pounds to accomplish this goal. I always do really well for the first few weeks, get down to around 150 or so, and then start working my way back up the scale again! My heaviest weight ever was 171 pounds.
What got me started was, last week my mom and I were looking through a bunch of old photos. I saw several from when I was in my early-mid twenties and almost cried. I had nice slim arms, a flat stomach, and a nice pair of legs. Now I have chubby arms, a gut, and thunder thighs.

I've decided that, once and for all, I will do what it takes to return my body to it's former state.
Because of my bone structure I could never be a size 2, but darnit, I can sure look a lot better than I do now!
Anyway, I look forward to posting here and to getting to know you all.
