my name is harmony im very over weight im lookink for advive and to be able to talk to people about



i dont know who will read this but i need some help im 34 years old i have two beautiful daughters ages 3 and 4 i need to make a change in my life im very overweight at 285 lbs at 5 feet 8in tall. i find myself not being able to take care of my kids like i should
