Hey! I'm AJ. I'd like to introduce myself.
I'm 21, a vegetarian, and getting serious about becoming more active and getting into shape. I have a severe anxiety disorder that has kept me from reaching my goals but I'm ready to step out and start living again. I delt with my anxiety through compulsive behavior like compulsive eating, and I suffered from agorafobia which makes it nearly impossible to leave the house.... but today's the day. I'm here to stay focused and to meet other motivated individuals. I hope my drive inspires others as I look towards others for inspiration. My plan is 30minutes minimum of physical activity daily to include running, sports, workout classes, etc. Would anyone like to take this challenge with me? I'll help you stay accountable.
