So this thing called Treadmill has been sitting in my living room untouched for 6 months. I finally said that's it it's time to make her my best friend again. So this morning I got up early enough to get on her. Let me tell you it felt good. So I'm going to make a promise to myself to get on the treadmill at least 5 times a week. I'm going to start out walking 30 minutes. What should be a regular speed to start off with?
I just had the same conversation in my head about the treadmill!! Time to jump back on it and get to know my old friend again. It seems like it takes a week of talking myself into it to actually do it, even though i know I'll feel so much better when I do.
Thé speed it depends, get on it start it slow and increase until you feel you are getting out of breath but still can talk then continue walking 30 minutes you can also increase the incline and do not hold the bar it will decrease the cardio and do not forget the recup also at the end.
