So I've started... I've lost 5 pounds, but have 54 pounds to go to my goal weight... at the moment it seems an impossibility... but I've decided just to focus on small amounts at a time. I finally got into the 160's again (169) and really just want to get into the 150's.... in the 150's I feel fat but not gross. So I'm just focusing on 10 pounds right now.
I don't really know what to say except I am looking forward to getting inspired by everyones motivation on here and hopefully get the ball rolling a little faster. It's been slow getting started, but hopefully will build some momentum. I'm not in a rush, I'm more concerned about getting to the final destination at some point!
