Okay, so I have been struggling with my weight for hte last few years. I have inched my way up to a point where I am just not comfortable with myself, my clothes, my health, my comfort with phsyical activities, etc. I need help and encouragement because I have tried to do this , but it just seems like everyday I completly forgot how I feel in teh evenings....defeated. Tomorrow is a new day, but I am going to try to do this to keep me in check with people. Is anyone else in a similiar boat?
