Hi I am new here, but..
I have followed this forum before. I am Marcie, 35, mom of 4. I have been on my new me program since the end of September 2010. But I really did not kick it into gear until the beginning of November 2010. I have lost 23 pounds since August 2010.
Since November, I have been at the gym 4, then 5, now 6 days a week. I burn between 600-1100 calories each day at the gym. I count my calories using the LiveStrong.com app on my phone. I eat healthy, buy healthy, take my vitamins.. But I am not seeing a big weight loss, which depresses me. I am hoping with more support from others, I can get through this.
